1. Where are you based?
We are based in Rotorua, New Zealand. For our international friends—stay tuned! We have a UK branch opening soon.
2. What types of wedding signs do you offer?
Currently, we specialise in premium Welcome Signs, Seating Charts, and Bar Signs, offered in beautifully curated matching sets. However, we aren't stopping there! We are busy expanding our collection behind the scenes. Very soon, you'll be able to order even more matching On-the-Day stationery and signage.
3. Can I see what my sign looks like before ordering?
Yes! That's the best part. You can use our Live Preview tool to see your names, dates, and colour choices update in real-time. What you see on screen is exactly what gets sent to print.
4. Do you offer custom designs or shapes?
If you have a specific vision that goes beyond our online templates, we'd love to help! Reach out to us for a Custom Quote, and we can discuss bespoke colours, unique shapes, or specialty materials.
5. What materials do you use?
Our standard signs are printed on high-quality 6mm Palight (PVC) board—it's durable, lightweight, and has a beautiful matte finish. Looking for Acrylic? Contact us for a custom quote!
6. Can I change colours, text, and shapes?
Absolutely. On selected designs, you can choose from our professionally curated colour palettes and select custom shape options. All text (names, dates, etc.) is fully customisable via the live preview.
7. How fast is delivery?
Because your order is sent straight to our printer at checkout, we print and dispatch within 1 working day. Most urban NZ deliveries then arrive the next working day, with rural addresses usually taking 2–3 working days longer. We still recommend ordering at least a week before your date to allow for any unexpected delays.
8. Can I make changes after I place my order?
Because your order is sent instantly to print to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we cannot make changes once the order is placed. Please double-check your live preview carefully!
9. Can I add holes for hanging?
Yes! Select the "Ready-to-Hang" option when choosing your sign, and we will include professionally die-cut holes to make your setup effortless. Our holes are a modern rectangle shape, measuring 3cmW x 1cmH, designed to fit a variety of hanging straps and ribbon perfectly.
10. Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
We ship nationwide! Shipping is a flat $19 NZ-wide, added at checkout — no matter how many signs you order.
11. What if my sign arrives damaged?
We pack our signs with extreme care, but if they happen to arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the sign. We will prioritise a replacement for you.
12. Do you offer bulk or bundle discounts?
Absolutely! We love a cohesive look, which is why you will save money when you order our signage as a matching set.
